             It’s the truth and you know it. Think about it. If you show 10 people something from the case and all of them ask “how much is that ring?” you might sell 3 out of 10. Okay, maybe you’re good and sell 4 or 5 out of the 10.

But when you quote a price for a repair to 10 repair customers, 9 out of 10 will say “O.K., go ahead and fix it.” No matter what you charge.
Repairs are trust driven, not price driven.

No matter what jewelry sells for today, customers will alwyas be repairing their old jewelry and taking it apart and re-designing it into new jewelry.

If your shop is not as profitable as it should be it might be because you don’t know how much to charge. But I do!
