Valentine Day Promotion
A Great Valentines Day promotion
But you must act fast (Really)
A friend of mine, Kim Kramer does a great job of marketing for the jewelry industry. I recommend him a lot to jewelers for his direct mail expertise, specifically his Thank You Card program.
This is the first week of December but you need to be planning ahead for Valentines day, the second busiest holiday of the year.
Please click on the pfd file below to see what' he's offering, but this is it in a nutshell and its so cool. It will almost guarantee you great sales in February.
- When you advertise this Valentines Day you are competing against jewelry and probably flowers-roses to be exact. His ads have a "Why throw the dice" theme, which you'll see on the pdf file.
- Kim has made an arrangement with a grower of roses in South America (where we get most of them in the USA) to send to your store many dozens of long stem red roses for you to give away for FREE with any purchase (you decide on the amount). Your cost on the roses are only $20 a dozen. (He's buying 72,000 roses!)
- He will send out full color postcards to your customer list (see sample in pdf file).
- Give you store signage and posters.
- Promote you with newspaper ads, radio ads and customized T.V. ads.
- Give you other handout promotional material.
- The whole scenario is laid out in the pdf file.
- Cut off date for signup is January 5th, 2008 and he has a very limited number of stores he'll sign up because of time constraints and the roses. 72,000 roses is 6000 dozen. If each sign up store ordered only 100 dozen (they are delivered to your store), then that means only 60 stores can sign up.
So click on the pdf file and read it tonight over dinner. Contact Kim Kramer, his contact numbers are on the pdf file.
Hoping you're having a great season.
